Trial Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

By requesting trial access, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are located in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, or New Zealand
• You are accessing this trial for professional evaluation purposes, including but not limited to: business use, contractor evaluation, investment due diligence, or organizational assessment
• You have the authority to bind your organization to these terms if registering on behalf of an entity

2. Nature of the Service

The products available through this trial program are AI-powered systems. You acknowledge and understand that:

• AI systems may produce incorrect, incomplete, or misleading outputs
• Outputs should not be used as a substitute for professional judgment or advice
• You must independently verify any outputs before relying on them
• The AI may not have current information and outputs may be outdated

3. Trial Limitations

• Trial access is limited to the duration specified at registration (typically 4 hours)
• Trial accounts are temporary and will be automatically deactivated upon expiry
• Trial access is limited to one session per email address within a 24-hour period
• Trial access is for evaluation purposes only, not production use

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this trial system for:

• Illegal activities — any use that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Critical systems or decisions — any use where system failure or incorrect output could result in harm to persons, property, or significant financial loss
• Healthcare decisions — clinical diagnosis, treatment planning, or patient care decisions
• Legal or financial advice — providing professional advice to third parties
• Generating harmful content — creating malicious, deceptive, defamatory, or illegal content

Do not enter sensitive information into this trial system. This includes but is not limited to:

• Protected health information (PHI) or personal health information
• Personally identifiable information (PII) of real individuals
• Financial account numbers, credit card information, or banking details
• Confidential business information, trade secrets, or proprietary data
• Passwords, credentials, or authentication tokens
• Information related to critical infrastructure or systems

Trial environments have inherent security limitations and are not designed for processing sensitive or critical data.

5. No Reliance

Do not rely on this trial system for any decision-making. This includes medical, legal, financial, business, investment, or any other decisions. All outputs are for evaluation and demonstration purposes only. Northern Health Innovations Inc. accepts no liability for decisions made based on trial system outputs.

6. No Warranty

This trial is provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness of outputs
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Warranties of security or data protection beyond our stated practices

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northern Health Innovations Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this trial, including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs.

8. Acceptable Use

During your trial, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful professional evaluation purposes
• Not attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Not attempt to circumvent security controls or access limits
• Not share your trial credentials with others
• Not use the system to generate harmful, illegal, or malicious content
• Not use the system in connection with critical infrastructure or life-safety systems

9. Data Handling

• Any data you enter during the trial may be deleted when your trial expires
• Trial accounts are isolated and cannot access production data
• Your email address is retained for audit and anti-abuse purposes
• Inputs may be logged for security and improvement purposes
• All data is stored and processed in Canada

10. Termination

Northern Health Innovations Inc. reserves the right to terminate trial access at any time for any reason, including suspected abuse or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

12. Full Terms

This trial is also subject to NORHI's general Terms of Service. In case of conflict, these trial-specific terms take precedence during the trial period.
