4. Data Retention
- Trial credentials are deleted automatically when your trial expires
- Any content you create during the trial may be deleted upon expiry
- Your email and request records are retained for 90 days for audit purposes
- Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely
5. Data Location and Transfers
All trial data is stored and processed exclusively in Canadian data centers. We do not transfer your data outside of Canada. Northern Health Innovations Inc. is committed to Canadian data sovereignty.
Canada has been recognized by the European Commission and the UK as providing an adequate level of data protection, and maintains comparable standards to Australia and New Zealand privacy frameworks.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

Your data is stored in Canada, which has been recognized by the European Commission and the UK as providing adequate data protection. 10. For Users in Australia and New Zealand
If you are located in Australia or New Zealand, you have rights under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (including the Australian Privacy Principles) or the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. Your data is stored in Canada, which maintains privacy standards comparable to your jurisdiction. By consenting to this trial, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your data to Canada for processing.
